Every emotional upset you ever
experience is stored in the subconscious mind. Remembering
the incident, or having something happen which is similar
will trigger the memory and also the emotional charge which
is attached to it. This manifests as an interference in
the normal energy flow through the body and gives you the

does it work?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) works by accessing the energy flow routes (meridians) while
the interference is present i.e. while you are thinking
of the issue. The tapping, eye movements, humming and counting
all access different areas of the brain and work together
to reduce the interference and therefore the bad feelings.
Simple issues may be cleared with
one round of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). More complex
ones may require repeat rounds with the issue being dealt
with from a different perspective each time. Top
How
is EFT carried out
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) involves gently tapping a sequence of energy points on the
body with the fingertips, which releases negative emotions,
usually in minutes. The technique can tap away stress and
panic attacks, negative emotions from jealousy to anger,
bad habits and addictions, trauma of all kinds
It is very rare for anyone to show absolutely no improvement
with this technique and most people are amazed by it’s

How
do the sessions take place?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) sessions take place in one of two ways:
1. Telephone - it removes travelling
time, and can save time and money. At the end of a EFT
session, a convenient time is arranged for the next session,
for the client to call the coach.
